Definitions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-11cf2a6 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"11cf2a6\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-41a8e0d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"41a8e0d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1263\">\n<p data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1263\"><strong data-start=\"967\" data-end=\"980\">Consumer<\/strong> \u2013 a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1263\">\n<p data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1263\"><strong data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1102\">Customer<\/strong> \u2013 any natural person or company making a purchase through the Zu-CityGames.com website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1347\" data-end=\"1422\">\n<p data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1422\"><strong data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1202\">Seller<\/strong> \u2013 the owner of Zu-CityGames service.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1493\">\n<p data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1493\"><strong data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1308\">Product \/ Digital Service<\/strong> \u2013 paid access to a selected city game, granted by means of an access code used within the Zu-CityGames mobile application.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1493\">\n<p data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1493\"><strong data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1354\">Order<\/strong> \u2013 Customer&#8217;s declaration of intent to enter into a Product sales agreement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1493\">\n<p data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1493\"><strong data-start=\"1436\" data-end=\"1466\">Distance Contract<\/strong> \u2013 an agreement concluded via the Internet, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dc2da26 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"dc2da26\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Technical Requirements<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ecb4683 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"ecb4683\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-db41a11 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"db41a11\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n<li data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1768\">To use the services, the following are required:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul data-start=\"1769\" data-end=\"1977\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1769\" data-end=\"1833\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1771\" data-end=\"1833\">a device with Internet access and a web browser,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"1884\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"1884\">current Android or iOS system (for the application),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1885\" data-end=\"1908\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1887\" data-end=\"1908\">active email address,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1909\" data-end=\"1977\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1911\" data-end=\"1977\">enabled cookies and GPS location services (for the application).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-81355ef elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"81355ef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Orders and Payments<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e899f15 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e899f15\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n<li>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"2290\" data-end=\"2369\">Orders are placed via the order form available on the Zu-CityGames.com website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"2290\" data-end=\"2369\">The purchase agreement is concluded when the Customer submits an Order by clicking the <strong data-start=\"2458\" data-end=\"2475\">&#8220;Place order&#8221;<\/strong> button and the Seller receives confirmation of successful payment authorization from the payment service provider. Once payment has been confirmed, the Seller sends the access code for the purchased game to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"2290\" data-end=\"2369\">Electronic payments may be processed by:<br \/>\na) PayPro S.A., operating under the Przelewy24 brand.<br \/>\nb) Autopay S.A.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"2290\" data-end=\"2369\">Available payment methods may include: BLIK, Pay by Link online bank transfers, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro. The payment methods currently available are presented to the Customer during the checkout process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"2290\" data-end=\"2369\">The payment gateway services provided through Autopay are operated by Autopay S.A.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"2290\" data-end=\"2369\">Order processing time is calculated from the moment the Seller receives confirmation of successful payment authorization from the payment operator.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"2290\" data-end=\"2369\">The access code is delivered electronically to the e-mail address provided during the ordering process immediately after payment confirmation, usually within a few minutes and no later than 10 minutes after payment has been confirmed. No physical product is shipped.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"2290\" data-end=\"2369\">All prices displayed on the website are gross prices, expressed in Polish z\u0142oty (PLN), and include applicable VAT. The purchase of an access code does not involve any shipping costs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"2290\" data-end=\"2369\">Where a refund is due, the Seller shall reimburse the payment using the same payment method used by the Customer unless the Customer expressly agrees to another refund method that does not involve any additional costs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f797b64 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f797b64\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. Provision of the Digital Service<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ed55645 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"ed55645\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65f8103 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"65f8103\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n<li data-start=\"2428\" data-end=\"2522\">The access code enables one-time initiation of the selected city game in the Zu-CityGames application.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2428\" data-end=\"2522\">The code is valid for <strong data-start=\"2547\" data-end=\"2562\">12 months<\/strong> from the date of purchase.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2428\" data-end=\"2522\">The code can only be used once, on one device.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2428\" data-end=\"2522\">We don&#8217;t require account creation or registration in the application.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-87b5f76 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"87b5f76\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8f3a9c1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8f3a9c1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n<li>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"648\">The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of its conclusion, subject to the exceptions provided for by applicable law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"648\">When placing an Order, the Consumer expressly agrees to the delivery of the access code before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledges that, upon activating the access code and commencing the use of the digital service, the statutory right of withdrawal will be lost.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"648\">Notwithstanding the above, the Seller voluntarily allows the Consumer to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the access code has not yet been activated. A declaration of withdrawal should be sent to: <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1224\">code@zu-citygames.com.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"648\">Once the access code has been activated, withdrawal from the agreement is no longer possible, except where mandatory provisions of applicable law provide otherwise. This does not affect the Customer&#8217;s right to submit a complaint where the digital service does not conform to the contract.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"648\">Where the Consumer validly withdraws from the agreement, the Seller shall refund the payment no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used by the Consumer unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another refund method that does not involve any additional costs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"648\">To withdraw from the agreement, the Consumer may use the model withdrawal form attached as Appendix No. 1 to these Terms and Conditions; however, the use of this form is not mandatory.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a37d1d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a37d1d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">8. Complaints<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-706aa20 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"706aa20\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-86fd4a6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"86fd4a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3185\" data-end=\"3309\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3188\" data-end=\"3229\">The Customer has the right to file a complaint if:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3233\" data-end=\"3309\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3233\" data-end=\"3250\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3235\" data-end=\"3250\">the code doesn&#8217;t work,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3254\" data-end=\"3309\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3256\" data-end=\"3309\">there&#8217;s an application problem that prevents gameplay.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3310\" data-end=\"3376\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3313\" data-end=\"3376\">Complaints should be sent to: <strong data-start=\"3350\" data-end=\"3375\"><a class=\"cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3352\" data-end=\"3373\">info@zu-citygames.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3377\" data-end=\"3451\">\n<p data-start=\"2285\" data-end=\"2357\">Complaints will be examined within 14 days from the date of receipt. The complaint should include at least: the e-mail address used when placing the Order, the Order number (if available), a description of the problem.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5506fee elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5506fee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">9.
