Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Customer – any natural person or company making a purchase through the Zu-CityGames.com website.
Seller – the owner of Zu-CityGames service.
Product / Digital Service – access code for a city game available in the Zu-CityGames application.
Order – Customer’s declaration of intent to enter into a Product sales agreement.
Distance Contract – an agreement concluded via the Internet, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties.
a device with Internet access and a web browser,
current Android or iOS system (for the application),
active email address,
enabled cookies and GPS location services (for the application).
The Customer has the right to file a complaint if:
the code doesn’t work,
there’s an application problem that prevents gameplay.

Complaints are processed within 14 days of receiving the report.
The Zu-CityGames application works only on mobile devices with Internet access and GPS location.
The city game takes place in public spaces – participants are required to maintain safety rules and respect for the surroundings.
The game is based solely on permanent city elements (e.g., buildings, plaques, monuments) – it doesn’t include any physical props.
The application doesn’t store personal data – all gameplay data is processed locally on the player’s device.
The Organizer reserves the right to temporarily disable selected games for organizational reasons (e.g., renovation work, access point closure).
Unfavorable weather, lack of signal, or poor GPS quality do not constitute grounds for refund or complaint.
All content available in the Zu-CityGames application and on the Zu-CityGames.com website, including: scenarios, game descriptions, puzzles, texts, photos, graphic elements, and technical solutions, are protected under copyright law.
Copying, sharing, duplicating, translating, publishing, or using the above materials in any form without prior written consent from the service owner is prohibited.
Copyright infringement may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law (particularly the Copyright and Related Rights Act).
Consumers can use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including:
mediation with the provincial Trade Inspection inspector,
permanent consumer arbitration court,
free consumer ombudsman assistance.

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the terms for important reasons (e.g., changes in law, payment methods).
Users will be notified of any changes at least 7 days in advance.
