Your mission
Kostek Strzałkowski was supposed to be taking a break from puzzles. A parcel with no sender’s address changes his plans: a locked box and a letter about a treasure hidden by Master Melchior. Someone wants Kostek to begin the search – and leaves a clue leading to the Old Market Square. From there, it is up to you.
Bydgoszcz becomes a map filled with clues. Signatures, inscriptions on buildings and details of monuments help you read the next messages. You will explore the streets of the Old Town, head down to the Brda and try to connect old records with the city today. Not every clue will make sense straight away, and locked mechanisms will put your ingenuity to the test.
“Master Melchior’s Treasure” is an adventure for anyone who enjoys cracking ciphers and working out answers together. You do not need to know Bydgoszcz: you need a keen eye, logical thinking and a willingness to test your ideas. Can you read the trail left by the Master?
