Your mission
A cat can knock a glass off a table. But open a safe and steal a necklace? Even Kostek Strzałkowski, a self-appointed detective and the creator of the “Bydgoskie Tajemnice” channel, has his doubts. Yet the footage from Opera leaves no room for argument: a black cat is carrying away a jewel intended for an upcoming premiere.
Step into Kostek’s shoes and find out where this extraordinary trail leads. The investigation takes you along the Brda, across Mill Island and through the streets of the Old Town. You will put witness statements in order, open virtual locks and decipher messages in Morse code. Look for clues both in the app and in the details of the places you pass.
“The Case of the Black Cat” combines a detective mystery with humour and a chance to discover Bydgoszcz. You will need a keen eye, a little ingenuity and a willingness to question your first suspicions. Finding the cat is one thing. Working out who is really behind the theft is quite another.
